Terms of service

The following terms and conditions between Herbs and More e.U. (in the following text “Herbs and More”) and the customer or the user only apply in the version valid at the time of the purchase for all items. Deviating conditions will not be recognized by Herbs and More.

1. Reservation and sale

Products can be reserved online www.herbsandmore.at or by phone at +43 (0)681 103 878 25. Your reservation represents an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. Your reservation will be confirmed from us by means of a confirmation by phone or email. We do not ship any items, they will be ready for pickup.

Applicable to hemp plants and seeds:

The buyer declares that he has reached the age of 18 with his reservation or the purchase in our shop and that he has to obey the respective legal regulations. Should a customer intend to produce addictive substances from the products offered by us, we will withdraw from the sale.

Herbs and More does not sell to individuals more than 10 pieces unless they are bulk orders.

2. Product inventory

Product inventories are always changing, so we can’t guarantee that we have all products in stock. You will receive the information about the product stocks in our shop, by e-mail or by phone.

3. Exchange and return policy

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, you can fully return all items purchased from Herbs and More without giving any reason within 14 days of purchase. If you make use of your exchange or return right within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the purchase contract is void.

All live products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their packaging or seal has been breached.

To meet the deadline, the notification of the request for redemption within this period is sufficient by e-mail, telephone or post at E-mail office@herbsandmore.at, Phone: +43 (0)681 103 878 25 or Address: Herbs and More e.U., Hauptplatz 38, AT-8480.

In the case of the return, the contract is canceled and you will be credited for already made payments after return of the delivered goods.

If the goods show any traces of use or damage during the return, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

4. Prices

All prices are in Euro including VAT. The prices can change. Herbs and More guarantees the prices of the reserved goods. In our shop we can offer the products at different prices.

5. Retention of title

Until full payment, the goods remain the property of Herbs and More.

6. Payment, due date, late payment

The payment of the goods takes place in our shop either on account or in cash.

7. Disclaimer

The website is designed for the Austrian region. The sale of products offered is only for use in a legally permissible manner. The respective legal regulations are to be considered by the buyer himself (see: “Suchtmittelgesetz“).

8. Cannabis and the law

Cannabis Seedlings, clones and seeds can be used for horticultural purposes only and purposes consistent with the Austrian law. It is important that the plants do not bloom, so a 18-hour light cycle is required.

Raising industrial hemp seedlings and clones (CBD cannabis) containing less than 0,3% THC in the final product is not necessary, but it is advisable reporting to “Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde”.

We only sell cannabis plants and seeds to customers 18-years of age and older.
